Redx Pharma Plc is to support BioInfect 2016, a global conference looking at the development of new anti-infectives and the endemic problem of resistance. The event is set to take place at Alderley Park Conference Centre, Cheshire on Thursday 3 November and will feature business, public health and academic leaders from around the world. It is led by the industry group Bionow.
Neil Murray, Redx CEO said:
The UK government review team looking at antimicrobial resistance is due to deliver its final report this year. That group, led by Lord O'Neill, has already provided a valuable service in terms of clarifying the extent of the challenge we all face and setting a path for the way ahead. The focus is now shifting to delivering the change the O'Neill Review demands - and BioInfect, now in its fourth year, is an important forum that allows everyone connected to this complex issue to collaborate.
